Paul and Emily, two of the happiest, joy filled and incredibly lovely people we have ever met. Its fair to say, there are not many people in this world that you can genuinely say that they smile and laugh, pretty much all the time. When we met these guys we were in a teepee at a wedding fair, sheltered from torrential rain and wind but all feeling pretty soggy. We chatted, let them go on their way and then, they came back to chat more. By the end of the soggy wedding fair we usually get to know some faces and remember aspects of various couples wedding days. For us, we remembered these guys as the "super smiley, happy couple, with the vineyard and teepee wedding".
This joyous and happy nature was constant from the whole time we had the honour of working with these lovely people. Its true when they say that happiness rubs off on people. I think we left with pain in our cheeks, but a huge happy feeling and lots of wonderful memories and photos.
Paul and Emily had always said they wanted a relaxed and joy-filled wedding. Every aspect of their day conveyed this. Emily had a beautiful pale green, handmade (by her mum) wedding dress,, while Paul wore braces, waistcoat and the biggest smile.
We really could write more and more about these guys and how they made our hearts happy, but we hope these photos convey this. There are always a few things you take away from a wedding that come back and give you the giggles or remind you of the happiness you felt when witnessing a couple get married. Paul and Emily, we cant listen to the Ghostbusters theme tune without laughing out loud when we remember "the impromptu best man dance". We are know the owners of the "Future Islands" album and love it. We will never forget the immense pride we felt when we heard of your loss Paul and how you have dealt with everything that has been thrown at you. We know your precious loved ones would be the most amazingly proud seeing how you were on your wedding day, how you are in all you do and how perfect and happy your lovely Emily has made you..
